CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

ROSS HOLLMAN
For more than 17 years Ross Hollman has been involved in live entertainment security and live entertainment operations, working as President & COO of a multi-state security and event services company, National Director of Operations and General Manager for House of Blues Concerts, and Operations Manager of a security company. Ross has provided services with touring festivals like Vans Warped Tour, touring acts like Phish, at large festivals, including Coachella, Stagecoach, and Bonnaroo, and with large-scale national events like the 2008 Democratic National Convention.
Over the last 15 years Ross has been involved in technology implementations in entertainment. Ross served at President & CEO of Intellitix, the first major company to provide RFID services to festivals and events, and was instrumental in increasing the business over 300%. Working at House of Blues, Ross was part of the team that converted venues in the US and Canada to barcode-based ticketing systems from traditional torn tickets. In addition to his experience in access control, social media, cashless services, and ticketing systems, Ross also served as CTO of a workforce management software company and was responsible for numerous hard installations of the software as well as temporary software deployments for auditing at festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival.
Ross started his own technology and strategy consulting company at age 13 and provided services to companies in the Bay Area, including the local Fox affiliate; he holds Bachelor Degrees in both Operations Management and Information Systems.

President, Technology & Credentials
TRACEE HOLLMAN
For more than 10 years Tracee owned and operated Extending Technology to Entertainment (XT2e), a company that focused on deploying new technologies to entertainment venues and festivals. Tracee also served as the Lead Project Manager in North America for Intellitix, the first major company to provide RFID services to festivals and events, directly managing over 50 on-site deployments per year ranging in attendance from as few as 500 persons to over 150,000 persons.
Tracee has a Bachelor's degree in Biology, is a nationally registered nurse, is a nationally registered paramedic, and served as a firefighter for over 10 years.

President, Safety & Risk Management
STEVE SULLIVAN
Since 1992 Steve "Sully" has been involved in the entertainment business, transitioning to tour security and festival services in 1995.
Sully has provided security services on every continent with artists and tours such as Kanye West, Jay Z, Lady Gaga, Michael Stipe, Vans Warped Tour, and Justin Bieber.
Over the past 16+ years, Sully has successfully completed over 25 world tours with various artists and has been instrumental in security planning and operations for numerous festivals in the United States and throughout the world.
